General FAQs and Clarifications

Do my clients get their report without me?
No. Results are never issued as a standalone deliverable. Every report is released through a certified 1:1 debrief — yours, or a certified coach we match the client with. The AI does the scoring; the interpretation always happens with a trained practitioner.
What's an "assessment credit"?
Think of it as a prepaid voucher. You buy credits upfront and use them to unlock reports for your clients.
What's an "affiliate link"?
A web link with your unique code. When someone uses it to buy, the system knows to give you credit (and pay you your commission).
What does "lead protection" mean?
When you introduce a client, that relationship is "locked" to you for a certain time (30, 60, or 90 days, depending on your tier). Any purchases they make in that window are credited to you.
What's a "dashboard"?
Your private online page to buy credits, manage your affiliate link, see your sales and view client reports.
How hard is the branding setup?
You just upload your logo and pick your business name or web link. We handle all technical setup, usually within one business day. No website-building or coding needed.
Do I have to keep my subscription?
No. Both Brand-Lite and Brand-Plus are month-to-month. Cancel any time; your custom site and logo will revert to standard when the month ends.
How do I move up a tier?
If you start as a Registered Affiliate and later want to become a Certified Practitioner or join the Strategic Alliance, just let us know. We'll guide you through the steps and adjust your pricing and benefits immediately.

Branding-Specific FAQs

Is there a setup fee for branding?
There is no setup fee for Brand-Lite. Brand-Plus has a one-time €1,000 "PDF Header Pack" fee, and Brand-Pro starts from €3,000 for a fully bespoke template. This covers the engineering work, and lifetime template maintenance (automatically updating your reports when we release new content, or updated models or sections).
What happens to my branded PDF Report if I cancel Brand-Lite, Brand-Plus, or Brand-Pro?
All reports you've already generated stay branded exactly as delivered. New reports created after your subscription lapses revert to the standard LeadershipMaturity.ai template. On Brand-Pro, you own all custom extra content you contributed, and retain all rights; this content will be deleted from our server when you cancel your subscription. (If you choose to re-activate a cancelled Brand-Pro subscription you'll need to re-share your custom content and go through the setup again.)
Can I upgrade or downgrade between Brand-Lite, Brand-Plus and Brand-Pro?
Absolutely. Switch at any time in your dashboard. Moving up takes effect immediately after completion of your custom report (5 business days for Brand-Plus, 15 business days for Brand-Pro); moving down takes effect at the next billing cycle. If you downgraded or canceled a Brand-Pro subscription and choose to upgrade to Pro later, you'll need to re-share your custom content and go through the setup again.
Do I need to supply design assets?
Just your logo (SVG/PNG) and brand colours for Brand-Lite, and additionally your chosen PDF cover page for Brand-Plus and Brand-Pro. For Brand-Pro templates you can also share fonts, layout guidelines, and custom content – or we can simply match your website.
What if the report layout changes later?
Any global changes we make to the core report automatically propagate to your custom template at no extra cost – that's part of what the setup fee funds. If you have subscribed to Brand-Plus or Brand-Pro and wish to change your content or design, reach out to us (info@leadershipmaturity.ai) and we'll send you a tailored quote depending on scope.
Can I use my own domain instead of a sub-domain?
Yes, but only with Brand-Pro. We'll provide a quick DNS snippet so you can map, for example, assess.yourcoaching.com to your branded test page.

In our internal validation study, the model reached 86.1% exact-stage agreement with developmental stages scored by Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter (N = 851; weighted-score correlation r = 0.96). In a separate independent blinded study (40/47; 85.1%; r = 0.96), the procedures and results were verified and signed by an Associate Professor at Harvard. * Cost basis. A human-scored developmental assessment is currently not available under €1,000 and takes weeks. That figure typically covers scoring plus debrief; our price reflects the scoring step, and the certified debrief is a separate professional service set by the practitioner. The saving is in the scoring.
